The accuracy of information posted.
Your personal safety during meetups.
That every connection will be genuine.Use common sense and meet others at your own risk.User AccountsYou agree to:Provide accurate information.
Keep your password secure.
Not share your account.
Notify us if your account is compromised.
Prohibited ConductYou may not:Harass or threaten others.
Post illegal content.
Impersonate another person.
Upload copyrighted material you do not own.
Spam users.
Solicit illegal activity.
Post pornography involving minors.
Engage in child exploitation.

Sexual exploitation of minors
Grooming behavior
Soliciting minors
Human trafficking involving minors
Any content promoting abuse or exploitation of childrenAny violation will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.ReportingUsers may report inappropriate accounts, messages, photos, videos, or behavior through the app or by contacting:Email: [email protected]Reports are reviewed promptly.EnforcementWhen appropriate, XXTRA Seat may:Remove content
Suspend accounts
Permanently ban users
Preserve evidence
Cooperate with law enforcement
Report suspected CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other applicable organizations as required by law
